13. Inverted hook bending
Although the inverted curvature is not necessarily generated by the incorrect pressing process, the connector will still fail. The inverted hook may be overly or outward, which will affect the ability of the terminal to be completely locked into the plastic shell. The damage of the inverted hook may be caused by the friction wheel on the rotor fixers of the piercing connector when the terminal is expanded from the scroll, or it may be caused by the terminal of the terminal pressure on the cable. The cables that are usually connected are bundled into a bundle, inventory or transportation to another place of the factory. During the bundle, or when each end -of -end cable is removed from the wiring beam, the inverted hook may also bend.
If it is damaged on the pressure connector, then the looseness of the friction wheel needs to be adjusted. Just keep the terminal scroll and not start due to its own weight. If the problem is in the process of tie, you need to use smaller wiring or improved handling procedures.
