Circuit beam production process

In addition to the final assembly of the wiring beam, the production process also includes many stages required to obtain the product, and each stage has to varying degrees of automation. These are mainly divided into:

The production of pre -installed parts;

The pre -assembly elements and other components required for the final assembly of the wire beam are stored in the dedicated space, which is usually called the selection area;

Test representative samples at the beginning of each production cycle.

In order to comprehensively understand how the automation is used in line beam production today, this article will introduce these stages in detail.

1 production of prefabrication

This is the stage with the highest degree of production automation. The production part of the pre -installed component is located near the beam assembly line but separated. It is divided into manual, semi -automatic and automatic construction segments, which will be introduced in detail in the following parts.

The semi -automatic section of the thread -peeling thread: This type of work section is composed of operators and semi -automatic wire stripping machines, which is used for extremely high -precision coaxial cables with particularly high accuracy requirements. It executes the following operations: full, semi -peeling, multi -step peeling, coaxial and three -axis cable processing, coaxial and three coaxial cable treatment (see the figure below for details).

Full -automatic twisted crusher: These machines have high working accuracy and are used to perform specific operations on wires with longer lengths and smaller sections. Most of the automated twisted crusher used by wire beam manufacturers has a modular composition to make it more suitable for production requirements. As shown in the figure below, they can perform various tasks, such as: line -cut section, insulation layer removal, sealing threads, pressing, twisting.
