MES67010 and 24352NDS00 test currents are only 10 ± 0.5mA QC/T29106 test current of 5A, and when the maximum of 100A can be tested by the QC/T29106 method, when the large current passes the test mode, the test mode will be obviously fever. At the same time It can heat dissipation and need to obtain the real -time temperature of the test sample. Calculate the resistance of the test mode through the temperature correction coefficient, and the test and calculation are more complicated. The test current of MES67010 and 24352NDS00 is only 10 ± 0.5mA, which is very small, and has a small effect on the calculation of voltage drops, which can be ignored. Therefore, MES67010 and 24352NDS00 have more reasonable requirements for testing current.
Calculation of electric wire voltage drop
QC/T 29106 MES 67010 and 24352NDS00 are both defined as a test voltage reduction. However, the decrease in the application of the wire does not clearly define whether it is a voltage drop specified by the JB/T8139 or the IASO D611 or the measured voltage drop. The author believes that the measurement of the measured voltage will be more accurate. JB/T8139 or Jasod611 only specifies the maximum value of the voltage drop at 20 ° C. The actual value may be less than the specified value. The actual value is also affected by the temperature, which may cause the terminal pressure connection voltage to drop less than the actual value.
5. Analysis of the criteria for the decision of the carrier beam terminal voltage drop
In the QC/T29106 test results, in the judgment standard of the test results, the maximum voltage drops from 0.5 ~ 70mm2 according to the leading diameter of the wire, and the maximum voltage drop is 3 ~ 25mv/a. The MES67010 does not distinguish the wire diameter. The maximum voltage of the terminal pressure should be 2mv/a, and the maximum voltage drop of the terminal of the wiring terminal should be 3mv/a. 24352NDS00 changes from 03 ~ 125mm2 according to the diameter of the wire, and the maximum voltage drops is 1.2 ~ 3mv/a. It can be seen from the above that the most relaxed criteria are QC/T29106.0.5mm2, 0.85mm2, and 1.25mm2. In the line diameter of 0.3mm2, the MES67010 judgment standard is the strictest.
