5. Assembly and payment process
· Things to note before group payment
Confirm whether each group of assembled wires matches the product markings on the assembly board.
2. Check whether the assembly nails are loose, read and understand the assembly drawings, special precautions and tolerances of important parts.
3. Count the cable ties and tapes required in the product and manage the quantity to avoid leakage of glue and cable ties during assembly.
· Things to note during group payment
Assemble on the assembly board in order. Pay attention to whether the socket, wire color, and socket hole number are consistent with the drawing on the assembly board to prevent the occurrence of reverse assembly wires, missing assembly wires, miswiring and twisted wires.
During the assembly process, be sure to handle it with care. It is strictly forbidden to pull or drag the wires randomly on the ground to prevent unnecessary defective products such as damage to the wires, damage to the sockets, and deformation of the terminals.
When gluing, you should look straight at the position of the tape on the assembly board. When the tapes overlap, they should be gluing for more than 2.5 turns. When gluing in a spiral, 2 turns of glue should be stacked in place at the beginning and end, and the rest should be stacked at an angle, overlapping 2/3 of the width.
When assembling, the wires should be rounded, and the tape and cable ties should be tied tightly and neatly. When tying the cable ties, first tighten the direction and position with your hands, then use a cable tie gun to tie and cut them tightly. Do not use force when using the cable tie gun. If the tie is too strong or uneven, do not break the tie at once, which may cause the tie to collapse or loosen. Generally, the remaining tie of the product is 0.1-1mm.
After the operation is completed, the operator must perform a self-inspection (check content: position of the cable tie and tape model, direction of the cable tie, tightness, leakage of glue, leakage of cable ties, missing cable ties, wrong assembly of cables, reverse assembly of cables. Incomplete insertion and Stranded wires, wire damage, etc.) Special attention: When the wire length is too short, it is never allowed to hang the wire on a nail forcibly to prevent the socket from being damaged and the terminal from falling off.
6. Basic knowledge
Length unit conversion:
1 (m) meter = 1000 (mm) millimeter 1 (m) meter = 100 (cm) centimeter
1 (cm) centimeter = 10 (mm) millimeter. The drawing unit is generally mm (millimeters).
Tolerance: Generally, it will be marked on the drawing. If not marked, ≤5±1 6~10±2 10~30 ±2 31~50±5 51~100±5 101~300±5 301~500±10 501~800± 10 ≥800±2
Special circumstances such as: 100+10-0, we take the middle value during operation, which is 105±5.
