1.Insulation performance testing of electric vehicle high voltage system
First of all, the safety of the measurer should be ensured. The measurer must wear protective equipment with a certain safety level and in line with the requirements of relevant national standards (protective equipment usually has a service life requirement), such as safety helmets, safety gloves, insulating shoes, etc. At the same time, the measurer is not allowed to wear metal ornaments, such as watches, rings, necklaces, etc., and there are no metal objects in the pockets of work clothes, such as keys, metal shell pens, mobile phones, coins, etc.
Before testing, it is necessary to ensure that the circuit harness is not charged. The most reliable method is to use a discharge instrument to discharge before measurement, and use a special multimeter to perform electrical inspection operations. After confirming that the high-voltage system is de-energized, conduct insulation inspection. The insulation resistance meter of the measuring instrument is shown.
2.High-voltage system power-off operation
1) Before operation, it must be confirmed that a warning sign has been placed near the car (the position on the roof is more eye-catching). Make sure that the parking brake is in the tightened position and the ignition key is in the "OFF" position.
2) Use a special tool to remove the negative pole of the high voltage battery. There are two terminals on the upper left corner of the power battery pack assembly, which are connected to the positive and negative poles of the power battery. The main function is to directly disconnect the high-voltage circuit during vehicle maintenance, so as to ensure the safety of operators. Note: When the maintenance switch is in the normal state, the handle is in the horizontal position; when it needs to be pulled out, the handle should be rotated to the vertical state first, and then pulled out; Rotate the handle to horizontal
state. After disassembly, the negative cable connector and negative pole post must be wrapped with insulating tape to prevent them from contacting each other.
3) Correctly remove the power battery high voltage maintenance switch. Note: After disassembly, the interface should be closed to prevent debris from entering, and the removed maintenance switch should not be placed randomly, but should be kept properly.
4) Lift the vehicle and make it "locked, stable and flat".

5) Correctly remove and remove the harness connectors of each high-voltage component. Before removing the high-voltage harness connector, first release the safety locking mechanism. The power battery connector has three locks. The first lock is at the bottom. success. The second and third locks are on both sides and the lower part. Use one hand to press the locks on both sides, and press the lower lock with the thumb or index finger of the other hand, and then pull out with both hands. When pulling out, the direction of force should be perpendicular to the joint surface, and it can be slightly shaken, but the range should not be too large. When installing, first ensure that the last two safety locks are all in place, you must hear a "click" sound, and finally press the pick, if the pick cannot be pressed in place, it means that the first two locks are not locked in place.
6) Insulation performance testing of high-voltage components and wiring harnesses. When using an insulation resistance meter to measure the insulation value of each high-voltage component and wiring harness, first use a discharger to discharge the positive and negative terminals (if there is no discharger, it needs to stand still for more than 10 minutes).
