5 database classification
During the development and manufacturing process of automobile wire beam, the database (Figure 4) follows the two categories of database database and tool database of the function. The experience library of experience, then introduce these databases one by one.
1) Connect database
Plug -in plug -in (Figure 5) consisting of components such as terminals and cases to connect to the electrical terminal/connection. During the development stage of the car beam, connecting the connection must ensure that the electrical function is normal, but also meets the optimal cost and the shortest development cycle. The effect of preventing errors is the best, so the selection of plug -in is extremely important. Enterprises have established databases suitable for themselves based on their own characteristics. Here we mainly introduce the plug -in database.
In the design of online beam, it is particularly important to establish a plug -in database. For a new model, if there is no connection database, it means that each plug -in needs to be re -developed. The development cycle is easy to lead to the problem of matching (Figure 6, Figure 7). On the contrary, once the database is established, we can choose according to the model defined by the enterprise. The problem occurred, and more importantly, to enhance the competitiveness of the OEM.
2) probe database
The probe is the contact medium of electrical detection. One end is connected to the detection table wire, and the terminal of the care set is touched. It is a metal component with telescopic transmission signals. It is divided into contact and insertion according to the in -form form. According to the structure, it is divided into probes (Figure 8). There are no clear standards and specifications in daily maintenance. When developing new models, the shenthes are required to provide the terminal to the supplier (production treatment tool) for matching and development. Regulations, as for continuous improvement, there is no way to talk about.
In the process of online beam manufacturing, good probes can effectively prevent problems such as tilted terminals, rejuvenation, and error holes during the power inspection process. Establishing a probe database can effectively help enterprises improve product quality and reduce the passive selection of probe. Furthermore, the selection of probe can be screened directly in the database, shortening the development cycle, and reducing the incidence of faults. Yes, daily maintenance and replacement standardization provides cornerstone for continuous improvement.
