During operation
1) Touch the high-voltage terminal with the insulating cover removed, as shown in Figure 1-4: ① Wear insulating gloves and use a detector to ensure that the voltage is 0 before touching the high-voltage terminal. ②In the case of not wearing insulating gloves, use a tester to check the terminals may suffer from electric shock.
2) Insulated tools: ① Before removing or installing bolts and nuts, be sure to insulate the tools used. ②If the tool touches the positive or negative terminal of the high-voltage circuit, a short circuit may occur, which is very dangerous.
3) Insulate the removed high-voltage terminals.

4) Tighten bolts and nuts under high-voltage and high-current circuits: ① When tightening bolts or nuts under high-voltage and high-current circuits, be sure to tighten to the torque specified in the manual. Overtightening can lead to fatigue fracture, or reduced axial force due to plastic deformation of the bolt and nut. This increases the contact resistance and generates heat, causing the vehicle to catch fire. ②Be sure to use new nuts on non-reusable parts. To make the installation more stable, the cone nut of the high-voltage battery (a non-reusable part) is deformed after being tightened to the specified torque value. When tightening the nut, it may feel that the specified torque has been reached before tightening to the specified torque, so if the nut is tightened by hand, it may not be possible to tighten the nut to the correct torque. Always use a torque wrench when tightening new nuts. ③ Do not repair the threaded part of the high-pressure fastener, which will generate heat and may cause the vehicle to catch fire.
5) Disconnect the coolant hose and other operations: ① Remove foreign objects on the high-pressure fasteners. ②If the fasteners are not clean, there may be a short circuit between the high-voltage terminals to generate heat, causing the vehicle to catch fir

6) Confirm the work details: After finishing the work, make sure that no parts or tools are left in the work area, the high-voltage terminals are properly tightened, and check the connection of the connector.
