1. Insulation performance test of the positive and negative poles of the warm air heater (PTC): disconnect the negative pole of the low-voltage battery, unplug the high-voltage accessory wiring harness plug of the high-voltage box, connect the black test lead of the insulation resistance meter to the vehicle body, and measure the high-voltage accessory wiring harness of the high-voltage box one by one with the red test pen The positive pole B of the plug, the negative pole D of group A, and the negative pole J of group B.
Standard: The insulation resistance between the positive and negative poles of P TC and the body is ≥500 MΩ.

2.Positive and negative insulation performance testing of the motor controller: disconnect the negative pole of the low-voltage battery, unplug the input plug of the motor controller of the high-voltage box, connect the black test lead of the insulation resistance meter to the vehicle body, and measure the positive and negative terminals one by one with the red test lead.
The insulation resistance between the positive and negative input terminals of the motor controller and the body (shell) is ≥100MΩ.
3. Measurement of the insulation resistance of the positive and negative poles of the high-voltage box: disconnect the negative pole of the low-voltage battery, unplug the high-voltage accessory harness plug of the high-voltage box, the input plug of the power battery, and the output plug of the drive motor controller. Connect the black test lead of the insulation resistance meter to the vehicle body, and measure the high-voltage box terminals (power battery input, drive motor controller output) one by one with the red test lead.
