The battery module uses a formed busbar strip made of multi-layer copper skin, which is reliably connected by bolts. Only when the positive and negative busbar relays are connected can the external power supply or battery charging be performed. The high-voltage bus is also equipped with current detection devices. Currently, there are non-inductive shunts connected in series on the bus and Hall sensors installed outside the bus. Both sensors send the detected bus current to the main control box, which is used to control the bus output to prevent overcurrent, and the current should not be too large during charging and energy recovery.
