Insulation performance testing of high voltage system
The specific steps for testing the insulation performance of high-voltage components are as follows:
1) Test the insulation performance of the positive and negative terminals of the power battery: unplug the power battery input line at the high-voltage box end, turn the key to the ON position, connect the black test lead of the insulation resistance meter to the vehicle body, and measure the positive and negative terminals of the power battery one by one with the red test lead.
Measure the positive and negative poles of the power battery output socket, the standard value of the positive pole is ≥1.4MΩ; the standard value of the negative pole is ≥1.0MΩ.
2) Test the insulation performance of the positive and negative output terminals of the power battery harness: turn off the power of the vehicle, open the input plug of the high-voltage box, and use an insulation resistance meter to test. The black test lead is connected to the vehicle body, and the red test lead is used to measure the positive and negative terminals of the output plug one by one.
The standard value of the positive busbar is ≥1.5MΩ, and the standard value of the negative busbar is ≥1.0MΩ.

3) Test the insulation performance of the positive and negative poles of the on-board charger: disconnect the negative pole of the low-voltage battery, unplug the high-voltage accessory harness plug of the high-voltage box, connect the black test lead of the insulation resistance meter to the vehicle body, and measure the positive and negative poles of the high-voltage accessory harness plug of the high-voltage box one by one with the red test pen.
