4 Wire Bidding Process Optimization Case Study

The case study aims to determine the main factor of the dynamic assembly line productivity in the production of wire beam. To this end, the theoretical structure of the following assembly line is defined in the Witness Horizon software:

13 construction segments: 10 assembly sections, 2 testing sections, and 1 packaging section;

Nine buffers: 5 buffers are used to store meta devices, 1 buffer is used to store the cable before testing, and 1 buffer is used for each test section to store the line beam that is not passed. The buffer area is used to place the wiring beam before the packaging;

Install the conveyor belt under the assembly board to ensure that the beam branch is transported from one segment to another;
