1. Excessive pressure of pressure connection

2. Excessive pressure of pressure connection
Excessive pressure connecting height cannot be correctly compressed, causing an excessive ineffective gap in the pressure area, because there is no sufficient metal to touch the metal between the wire core and the terminal metal.
The solution is very simple: adjusting the conductor pressure connection height on the pressure connector. 5. Loose wire core
The loose wire core is another common reason for the problem of pressure connection. If all wires are not completely closed in the conductor pressure connection area, the strength and current load capacity of the pressure connection will be greatly reduced. To get a good pressure connection, you must meet the voltage height specified by the connector manufacturer. If not all wire cores work on the height of the pressure connection and pressure connection strength, the performance of the pressure connection will not meet the requirements. Generally speaking, the problem of loose wire core is easy to solve. Just gather the cable to form a bundle, and then insert it into the terminal of the pressure connection. If you peel off the insulating layer from the cable is a separate operation process, you may accidentally separate the wire core during the processing or clustering process.
