Motor controller connector
The insulation resistance between the high-voltage box end (power battery input, drive motor controller output) and the body (shell) is infinite.
1.Measurement of the insulation resistance between the core and shell of the high-voltage wire harness: For all high-voltage (orange) cables, connect the black test lead of the insulation resistance meter to the cable shell, and measure the high-voltage cable core with the red test lead.

7 Switching the high-voltage system in the non-pressurized state
(1) Please be sure to follow the operation steps
1) Unplug the high voltage charging cable that may be connected.
2) Open the engine compartment cover.
3) Turn off the ignition switch.
4) Make sure the vehicle is in "sleep state" before disconnecting the high-voltage safety plug.
(2) Comply with the operation steps of the trial run again
1) Disconnect the 12V charger if connected.
2) Remove the padlock.
3) Connect the high voltage safety switch.
4) Switch the bus terminal twice (operate the start/stop button 4 times, with an interval of 1s between each time).
(3) Switch the high-voltage system in the no-pressure state
1) The high-voltage safety plug cannot be disengaged completely: release the interlock of the high-voltage safety plug 1, and pull it out until the hole on the plug 2 and the socket is no longer connected. The "OFF" mark can be seen on the high voltage safety plug.
2) Prevent the high-voltage system from being connected again: insert the padlock 1 into the reserved hole 2 of the high-voltage safety switch and lock it, as shown in Figure 1-20. NOTE: Keys to padlocks should be kept in a safe place.
