Production process requirements: According to the requirements of the drawing, the cutting should be neat and free of burrs. The size should consider tolerances - threading into the insulation sheath (corrugated pipe, protective pipe, double wall heat shrink pipe) - the peeling appearance should be neat, and the size should strictly comply with the requirements of the connector pin - the terminal crimping quality should be evenly stressed, There should be no pressure rupture or copper leakage phenomenon - assembly should be based on the interface definition required by the drawing - use a multimeter for conductivity testing - dimensional inspection - visual inspection - packaging and warehousing.
