9.2.1 Circuit according to the circuit diagram
When we watch the circuit diagram, we should learn to read the letters on the line. These letters represent the line color. When we go to the real car to find the line, it can save us a lot of time.
For the line color description, various cars are similar. If you do n’t understand or have doubts, you can query the line color description in front of each circuit manual. G refers to the monochrome line. If it is marked with two letters, such as the DLC3R No. 4 foot 4, the marked W-B indicates that this line is a white black line. In some circuit diagrams, the wire diameter is also marked.
In the real car maintenance circuit, we should first check that it can be checked simply and intuitive. Assuming that the left turning light does not light up, what should we check first?
In maintenance, we also need some experience. For example, if the left turning light is not on, it is impossible for all the turning lights to break all, so we should not doubt the problem of the bulb. Of course, this is not ruled out, but this is extremely low and extremely low.
Taking the left turn from the left as an example, explain maintenance ideas.
① Open the double flash switch (warning light switch) to see if the left turn light can be on. Light indicates that the problem of the steering light switch, and if it is not lit, it means that the line failure behind the flash relay or flash relay is faulty.
② If it is not lit, the danger warning light switch is needed to remove the voltage output of the No. 3 foot. If it is not easy to remove, you can also find the line under the line color. From the circuit diagram, the color of the line is G/B, which indicates that this line is a two -color line, and the color is green and black. We can measure the voltage of this line. With voltage, the fault point is behind the flash relay. Without voltage, you need to turn off the steering light switch to measure whether this line has an iron failure in the line. Generally speaking, there is no iron failure. If you use the iron, you will burn the fuse/flash relay, and the right side will be abnormal. For this failure, it is generally replaced by the flash relay.

③ If you light up, check the line of the switch switch. From the circuit diagram, we can see that the switch controls the negative electrode, and the J2 on the negative electrode represents the plug that is not an element. And it is a negative electrode with the right turning light, and we can exclude the problem of the negative line. At this time, you only need to measure whether the line from the flash relay to the turning light switch is sufficient. Generally, you can find the line according to the line color. The picture is G/W, indicating that this line is green and white. The lines of the combination switch are basically along the steering wheel, walking under the steering wheel, and it is relatively easy to find. If there is electricity, there is still electricity when turning the left turn, it means that it is the problem of turning the switch. If there is no electricity, we need to remove the flash relay first to measure whether the flash relay output is electric. No power replacement flash relay. If there is electricity, find out where there is a disconnection in the line. There will be no short circuit in the line here.
Finally, introduce a tips. For the failure of the frequent burning fuse, you can repair it by the following method.
Open the switch and immediately burn the fuse. At this time, the fuse of the fault circuit can be replaced with a bulb. In this way, even if there is a short circuit in the line, it will not burn the bulb. We can also greatly shorten the maintenance time by pulling some plugs and disconnecting certain lines.
If it is an occasional fuse, you can judge by increasing insurance to suspect the line, that is, break the doubt the line, connect a fuse in series, the capacity of this fuse is smaller than that of the Central Plains insurance. Of course, it should not be too small. If it is less than the working current, there is no way to find the fault.
