1.Electric vehicle operation process
(1) Before homework
1) Cut off the high-voltage line to check the discharge system of the inverter, and use a sign to warn that the work involving high-voltage electricity is being performed. When working on a high voltage system, use a placard bearing the warning "HIGH VOLTAGE WORKING OUT OF TOUCH!" or similar, to alert other service personnel.
2) Use insulating safety appliances: ① To prevent electric shock, wear insulating gloves and safety shoes and other safety appliances when performing inspection or maintenance on high-voltage circuits. ②Check whether the insulating gloves are cracked, torn, worn or wet.
3) Cut off the high-voltage circuit: ① When performing inspection and maintenance on the high-voltage circuit, disconnect the maintenance plug. Store the service plug in the pocket to prevent other service personnel from inserting the service plug. ②After disconnecting the maintenance plug, make sure to observe the required waiting time to fully discharge the high-voltage capacitor before starting work. ③Because the discharge time varies from model to model, be sure to refer to the required time specified in the "Repair Manual" of the corresponding model.
4) Check the discharge system of the inverter: ① Disconnect the maintenance plug, and after the specified time, confirm that the capacitor has been discharged by checking the voltage. ② Use a tester with automatic range or manual 1000V range to ensure that the terminal voltage is 0.
5) Check personal belongings and do not carry items that may cause a short circuit if dropped, such as metal mechanical pencils or rulers.
