9.4 Short -circuit fault search

As a kind of failure, excessive resistance refers to the indicator of the resistance in any circuit that exceeds its original design. Excessive resistance is often caused by corrosion, loosening and insufficient contact area of the wiring end, joints and ground wires. Excessive resistance can also occur inside the part.
Excessive resistance makes the circuit load, and the additional load in the circuit will reduce the power supply of other loads in the circuit. When the resistance is too high, the lights will become darker and the motor speed slows will occur. In more severe cases, high resistance is like a disconnection. If the ground wire wiring is corroded, this ground wire (the resistance should be zero) will not work all the loads on this circuit due to its excessive resistance.
Excessive resistance of the joints, wiring end and ground wires is often caused by water, butter and dirty by water, snow -soluble salt and the oil, butter and dirty. The load can also be too high due to internal damage, wear, overload or vibration. The resistance inside this type of component is too high, as damaged inside the part, it is difficult to find it with the naked eye.
