This pressure connection form adapts to the thick wall thickness, and the pressure of the terminals with all the above forms is not enough to make the terminal full deformation. The shape of the pressure connection is close to the positive hexagon. The typical structure is shown in Figure 6A. See Figure 6b in the shape.

Because the pressure of this form of pressure is no place to run, and the terminal should not be deformed, the matching of the terminal and the wires is very good. If the matching is not good, some holes will be found when the end -of -the -section analysis of the terminal is analyzed, which is unqualified. Sometimes in order to make up for such problems, when designing, one point will be added to the hexagonal basis to enhance the denseness of the pressure connection and increase the pull -to -plug power.

This form of pressure connection is also very large. It is also necessary to achieve the pressure connection through special molds on the punching bed, thereby achieving accurate and controllable height of the pressure connection. In addition, some special terminals have 2 holes for pressing 2 wires. The typical structure is shown in Figure 6C. We can also achieve it by pressing the hexagonal method, but the upper and lower sides are longer.

The pressure connection equipment and molds are connected to the wires and terminals through the pressure. High -frequency welding is to weld the wires and terminals together using high -frequency welding machines. Resistance welding is to connect the wires and terminals with a special resistance welding device. The advantages are simple, easy to use, low manufacturing costs, high operating efficiency, and suitable for mass production. The disadvantages are unable to satisfy the connecter requires the high current, and the high resistance requirements are high after connecting the wire and the terminal connection. The common pressure connection method of large square high -pressure terminals is shown in Figure 1, which is a hexagonal closed terminal.
