(1) Car wire

1. Classification and characteristics of automobile wires

The wires of the car electrical line are divided into two types: high -voltage and low -voltage lines. High -voltage lines are divided into two types: copper core and damping lines. The low -voltage lines are divided into three types: ordinary wires, start -up conductors and iron wires (that is, battery and iron wire).

The car wires are mainly selected according to the requirements of the wire, the size of the current, and the mechanical strength.

(1) High -voltage wire

High -voltage wire is a special wire that transports high voltage. There are two types of cars: copper -core and damping wires for cars. Because the working voltage of high -voltage wires is high (generally above 10kV) and the current strength is small, the insulation bag layer of the high -voltage wire is very thick, the wire core section area is small, but the pressure resistance is very good.

In order to decay the electromagnetic wave interference generated by the spark plug, high -voltage damping wires have been widely used.

(2) Low -voltage wire

① Ordinary low -voltage guide line. The ordinary low -voltage guide line is a copper -filaments of the insulated bag. Depending on the material of the outer skin insulation package, the ordinary low -voltage guide line is divided into QVR type (that is, polyvinyl chloride insulating packaging layer) and QFR type (that is, a polyvinyl chloride one -diced composite insulating layer).
