bad cases
NO.1 Excessive skin crimping
Reason: Incorrect crimping gesture or improper adjustment of the baffle causes the crimping part of the core wire to press into the outer skin, resulting in excessive and poor crimping of the outer skin. Consequences: Directly affecting the crimping of the conductor, causing poor current flow or direct circuit break.
NO.2 Insufficient crimping of the outer skin
Reason: The crimping gesture is incorrect or the crimping speed is too fast, resulting in poor crimping.
Consequences: Due to insufficient crimping of the conductor and insulation, the terminal has insufficient pulling force and is prone to breakage during product use, directly affecting product performance.
NO.3 Exposed copper wire
Reason: During the crimping process, the semi-finished copper wires were scattered, or the crimping method was improper.
Consequences: 1. The exposed copper wire can easily cause discharge, and it can also easily come into contact with other terminals and cause a short circuit.
2. The crimping part of the core wire has less copper wire, which indirectly affects the tensile force of the terminal, resulting in insufficient tensile force.
